Description
A while ago, Lear-is-not-amused tagged me to do an eight facts meme, and I'm sorry that it took me so long to get to it, but here it is! On Lacrimosa.
1. Lacrimosa is originally from my original story EOS (which is supposed to be a comic or novel). The Lacrimosa from the Void and from EOS have differently-developed personalities--the Lacrimosa in the Void is child-like, extremely mischievous, and very attached to people (like poor Casey Mavery), and while the Lacrimosa in the EOS story is also child-like, he also has a more malicious and cold side to him. I need to work on putting a little more of the story Lac back into the Void. o^o;
2. Lac's ears are artificially made to look like human ears. He is actually a Lunarwake, a moth-like sort of people. This is why he has a bit of a blue tinge to his skin (which I should have made more obvious here). He also had his wings removed.
3. He got his name because he actually cries a lot, so the scientists named him that. hahaha
4. In EOS, Lac is the only Eos security guard who doesn't fit in with the leaders. He was only promoted to being head of the night guard because of his nocturnal nature and because he is favored by the CEO. In fact, he doesn't really fit in anywhere, because he lacks some of the morals and mannerisms that humans have. The scientists only treat him well because they can use him to experiment on and advance in medical technology. Only Mr. Sharp, Eos's CEO, truly likes him.
5. Being a Lunarwake, Lac has the ability to regenerate very quickly, and this has been enhanced with scientific methods.
6. Lac is fascinated with human anatomy. In EOS, Lac is the head of the science division of Eos that experiments on humans. Only he, a couple of other scientists, and the CEO know about these experiments.
7. Lac has a part organic, part artificial left arm (not very visible here) as a result of an experiment where his arm was lost and for some unknown reason, was unable to grow back.
8. Lac was actually stolen from his clan at the edges of the city, where things are much more primitive. The CEO caught him in an animal trap and decided to take him back to the city to study. Lac seems not to remember this at all (probably due to some forced amnesia), and believes that he should be able to fit in as a human.
